if you have any questions. The conditions apply to all reservations with us, including bookings made via our websites and bookings made via third parties.
1. ORDER
The number of people, price, accommodation, as well as other products and services to be provided by the hotel are stated in the confirmation the guest received via e-mail after booking.
2. VALIDITY OF THE PRICE AGREEMENT
The agreed prices are binding on both parties. The prices are given on the basis of current tax regulations. The hotel reserves the right to make adjustments in prices as a result of increased costs for the purchase of goods and services, increased taxes and fees or for others outside the hotel's control.
3. CHANGE AND CANCELLATION
Which cancellation policy applies to your booking depends on the type of booking you have made. Check which rules apply to your booking in the booking confirmation you have received from us.
Flexible: Bookings of rooms at flexible prices can be changed or canceled free of charge until the cancellation deadline stated in the booking confirmation. They will receive written confirmation of the cancellation. In the event of non-attendance, change or cancellation after the deadline, you will be charged an amount corresponding to 1 night's stay for a quarter of booked rooms.
Non-refundable: Bookings of rooms at non-refundable offer prices can not be canceled – but one can change the date by contacting the hotel directly. In case of no-show, no refund will be given. You may want to have a travel insurance policy that covers cancellations, in case you need to cancel.
3.1. BOOKING GUARANTEE
All bookings must be guaranteed in advance via a company agreement, travel agency or a credit card.
3.2 AGREEMENT BOOKINGS
For bookings made by customers with an agreement with Fjærland Fjordstove Hotell, the booking / cancellation rules set out in the contract apply.
4. PAYMENT
Payment will be made on departure unless otherwise agreed in advance. Credit cards are authorized upon arrival as a guarantee of payment.
4.1 CREDIT CARD
Fjærland Fjordstove Hotell accepts payment by card from the following credit card companies: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Eurocard. This also applies to orders via our website.
4.2 INVOICING
Invoicing must be agreed in advance, prior to the stay.
5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
We guarantee check-in from 15:00 arrival day and the hotel room must be vacated before 11:00 departure day.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
Fjærland Fjordstove Hotell does not assume responsibility and will not pay compensation where delivery of our services and obligations is hindered or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure. This also applies to circumstances beyond our reasonable medical control. Including, but not limited to, floods, earthquakes, extreme adverse conditions, natural disasters, terrorist acts, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water or other utility services, construction machinery, computers, vehicles or the collapse of building structures.
8. NETWORK
All disputes that may arise between the parties to this agreement, (the guest and the hotel), shall be dealt with in accordance with Norwegian law. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, the hotel's property venue shall apply.

Bestillingsvilkår

Betingelsane gjeld alle reservasjonar hjå oss, inkludert bookingar gjort via våre heimesider og bookingar som gjort via tredjepart.
1. BESTILLING
Antal personar, pris, losji, samt øvrige produkt og tenester som skal leverast av hotellet framgår av bekreftelsen gjesten mottek via e-post etter bestilling.
2. PRISAVTALENS GYLDIGHET
Dei avtalte prisar er bindande for begge partar. Prisane er gitt på bakgrunn av dagens avgiftsbestemmelsar. Hotellet forbeheld seg retten til å føreta justeringar i prisane som fylgje av auka kostnader ved innkjøp av varer og tenester, auka skattar og avgifter eller ved andre høve utanfor hotellet sin kontroll.
3. ENDRING OG AVBESTILLING
Kva avbestillingsreglar som gjeld for di bestilling, er avhengig av kva type booking du har gjort. Kontroller kva reglar som gjeld for di bestilling i reservasjonsbekreftelsen du har motteke fra oss.
Fleksibel: Bestilling av rom til fleksible prisar kan endrast eller avbestillast kostnadsfritt fram til avbestillingsfristen som står i reservasjonsbekreftelsen. De vil få skriftleg bekreftelse på avbestillinga. Ved manglande oppmøte, endring eller avbestilling etter fristen vil du bli belasta eit beløp tilsvarende 1 natts opphald for kvart bestilte rom.
Ikkje refunderbar: Bestillingar av rom til ikkje refunderbare tilbodsprisar kan ikkje avbestillast – men ein kan endre dato ved å ta direkte kontakt med hotellet. Ved manglende oppmøte vert det ikkje gitt refusjon. Det kan vere lurt å ha reiseforsikring som dekkar avbestillingar, i tilfelle du må kansellere.
3.1. GARANTI FOR BESTILLING
Alle bestillingar skal på førehand være garantert via firmaavtale, reisebyrå eller kredittkort.
3.2 AVTALEBOOKINGAR
For bestillingar gjort av kundar med ein avtale med Fjærland Fjordstove Hotell gjeld bestillings-/avbestillingsreglane som er fastsett i kontrakta.
4. BETALING
Betaling vert gjort ved avreise om ikkje anna er avtalt på førehand. Kredittkort blir autorisert ved ankomst som en garanti på betaling.
4.1 KREDITTKORT
Fjærland Fjordstove Hotell aksepterer betaling med kort frå fylgjande kredittkortselskap: Visa, MasterCard, American Express og Eurocard. Dette gjeld òg for bestilling via våre nettsider.
4.2 FAKTURERING
Fakturering skal vera avtalt på førehand, i forkant av opphaldet.
5. INN- OG UTSJEKK
Vi garanterer innsjekk frå kl. 15.00 ankomstdag, og hotellrommet må forlatast innan kl. 11.00 avreisedag.
6. PERSONVERNERKLÆRING

7. FORCE MAJEURE
Fjærland Fjordstove Hotell påtek seg ikkje ansvar og vil ikkje betale erstatning der leveranse av våre tenester og forpliktelsar vert hindra eller vert påvirka direkte eller indirekte av eller som resultat av force majeure. Dette gjeld også omstende utanfor vår rimelege kontroll. Inkludert, men ikkje avgrensa til, flom, jordskjelv, ekstreme ugunstige forhold, naturkatastrofar, terrorhandlingar, brann eller svikt i elektrisk kraft, gass, vatn eller andre brukstenester, anleggsmaskiner, datamaskiner, kjøretøy eller kollaps av bygningskonstruksjonar.
8. VERNETING
Alle tvistar som måtte oppstå mellom partane i denne avtalen, (gjesten og hotellet), skal behandlast etter norsk rett. Dersom ikkje tvisten vert løyst i minnelegheit skal hotellet sitt eigedomsverneting gjelde.
